Moncia A. Benjamin has always cared greatly for her children and found a way to teach them about the Lord through telling stories. This drive has inspired her to create over 25 Christian short stories and has even taken it a step further by turning those stories into picture books for children and poetry books for others.
Whether you start at the beginning, middle, or wherever you open a book, M.A. Benjamin prays that a poem will uplift your heart, inspire you to seek more about the Father, and to question your soul’s destination.
“As with all things, children are sponges. They will absorb what they are being taught, or what they simply see, whether we realize it or not. So why not start teaching them about the Lord now.”
“M.A. Benjamin talks about her book "The Greatest Transfer" on This Week in America with Rick Britton.”
M.A. Benjamin (Moncia A. Benjamin) is a native New Yorker. She loves spending time with her family, especially with her son and beautiful grandchildren, whenever she has the opportunity.
Moncia is one of eight siblings who have all ventured out into various areas of life. She is a graduate of Fordham University and is a 16-year veteran of the USAF Reserves. M.A. Benjamin has cared for children for many years. She originally started telling short stories while caring for children as a way to teach the younger ones about Father God.
The Bible states in Matthew 19:13-14 (KJVA): ‘And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them; and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased and said unto them. “Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for such is the kingdom of God.”
“Teach a youth about the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” - Proverbs 22:6 (Holman Christian Standard Bible)
